Welcome to md200m. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and md200m (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the md200m online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account with md200m, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure at all times.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify md200m immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

md200m may refuse registration or close an Account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, duplicate registration, underage access, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, md200m requires all Players to complete identity verification procedures. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued identification document (KTP, national ID card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Payment method verification (bank account statement or screenshot showing account holder name)

Verification typically completes within 24 hours of document submission. During the verification period, certain Account functions including withdrawals may be restricted. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

md200m supports deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

Players may withdraw funds from their Account balance subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by md200m.
• All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for Indonesian bank transfers during business hours (WIB), though processing may take longer during non-business hours, weekends, holidays, or due to banking system maintenance.
• md200m reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

md200m complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and financial crime prevention standards. As part of our AML procedures:

• Wagering requirements specify the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) determine how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Players must engage with the Services in good faith and in accordance with fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in chip dumping
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities

Violation of fair play standards will result in immediate Account suspension, bet voidance, winnings confiscation, and potential legal action.

5.2 Game Outcomes and Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on md200m are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment operated under supervised conditions. md200m does not influence, control, or predict game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are statistical measures calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

5.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, the following additional rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by relevant governing bodies and leagues.
• md200m reserves the right to void bets placed after events have started or outcomes are known.
• In the event of abandoned, postponed, or canceled sporting events, bet settlement rules are determined by the specific sport and market type as outlined in our sports betting rules.
• md200m reserves the right to set maximum bet limits and refuse bets at our discretion.
• Live in-play betting may experience delays due to streaming latency. Bets are accepted or rejected based on the actual event status at the time of bet placement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures

md200m's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by md200m

md200m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:

• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Your Account activity patterns suggest money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion
• You have been abusive toward md200m staff or other Players
• You have attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities

Upon termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds and winnings earned through compliant gameplay may be withdrawn after completion of verification procedures, subject to md200m's investigation and determination of compliance.

9.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure:

• All active bonuses will be forfeited
• Pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes
• Remaining balance may be withdrawn after outstanding wagering requirements are met
• You must provide notice if requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, in which case re-opening restrictions apply
